I can't log in to my account, what should I do?
If you have forgotten your password, use the password recovery function and click on the “Forgot your password?” link.

N.B. Make sure your profile is not open on another device. Using one profile on multiple devices is prohibited.

How can I make my account more secure?
Make sure you create a password that is unique and difficult to crack, consisting of uppercase and lowercase letters, symbols, and numbers. You can also enable two-factor authentication in your profile settings.

How do I change my profile email address?
You can request a change of email address by submitting a selfie of yourself with a piece of paper in your hand that says: “For BTCBIT.NET, current date, request text indicating the new email address and the reason for the change”. The text of the request must be duplicated in an email and sent to [email protected].

Two-factor authentication (2FA)
To increase the security level of your account, we recommend installing two-factor authentication - 2FA. To do this, you need to download and install the Google Authenticator application or its equivalent on your device (phone or PC).

1. In your BTCBIT account, enter the 2FA section and click “Activate 2FA”;
2. In the Google Authenticator application, create a new account by clicking “+”, scan the QR code or use the key from the BTCBIT account;
3. Now that you have set up a code account in the application, use the generated 6-digit code to enter your BTCBIT account and click the “Verify” button.

Congratulations, you have successfully installed 2FA!
Now, each time you enter your BTCBIT account, after entering your login and password, you need to enter a 6-digit code generated by the application.
Remember that the code is valid for one minute, after which a new one is generated.

You can always turn off 2FA by entering the 6-digit code in the “2FA” section of your BTCBIT account.

How do I close my profile?

Why was my profile blocked?
You may have your profile blocked due to regulations and internal company procedures. Unfortunately, we cannot disclose the details of this decision.

Do you have a referral programme?
Each Customer has an opportunity to receive referral profit from exchanges made by Customer who has registered using their referral link. For this purpose, you need to go to the “Referrals” section in your profile. By entering this section, you can see your referral link to be placed on your resource or transferred to another user to register on our site.
Referral profit is accumulated as a certain percentage of our profits. Referral profit is paid from all exchanges made by the referred Customer.
There are two rates of referral commission:
Up to 15 transactions per week - 12% commission.
From 15 transactions per week - commission of 25%.
Referral profit is paid in BTC. The minimum amount of the payment is 30 EUR.
