What kind of documents/information was requested from me?
If the status of your order is “Request”, you should check your email - everything that needs to be provided will be specified in the email. You can always ask for clarification by emailing us at [email protected].

Where do I have to send the requested documents?
All requested documents must be uploaded using the “Requested Documents” function in the Customer's profile menu.
If you receive a request by email, please provide an answer to the questions asked in the return email.

How long will it take to review the requested documents / information?
Requested documents will be reviewed on working days within 24 hours of submission. If the documents do not meet the requirements of the request, you will receive an additional request and we may need additional time to review them.
